Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
     • The product is defective.
     • The wrong product was delivered.
     • There is a size issue with the product.
   • Returns are not accepted if the product is returned solely because the customer does not like it.

2. Refund Details:

   • If a return is accepted, the refund amount will exclude the delivery charges.
     • For example, if the total order amount was ₹300, and the delivery charge was ₹100, you will receive ₹200 as a refund.
   • The customer must initiate the return request within 24 hours of receiving the order.

3. Request Process:

     • A clear image of the product.
     • The reason for the return.

Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchanges:

   • Exchanges are accepted for all valid reasons, such as size issues or defects.

2. Free of Charge:

   • Exchanges are processed free of cost, and no additional charges will be applied.

3. Request Process:

   • To request an exchange, send a WhatsApp message to our team at +91 6395214411 with:
     • A clear image of the product.
     • The reason for the exchange.

Additional Notes

• Ensure that all returned or exchanged items are in their original condition with packaging and tags intact.
• Requests initiated after 24 hours of receiving the order will not be entertained.
