AL-AZBAR Return & Exchange Policy

At AL-AZBAR, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges to ensure a smooth and transparent process.


We do not have a Return Policy — we only offer an Exchange Policy.

You are eligible for an exchange if:

  • You received the wrong size of the Namaz cap (different from what you ordered)
  • The item you received is damaged or broken.

In such cases, we will exchange your product free of cost, and we will cover the delivery charges for both pickup and re-shipping.

However, if you received the correct item and size as per your order, but wish to exchange it because:

  • The size doesn’t fit due to your own selection, or
  • You simply don’t like the item,

then you will be responsible for both-way delivery charges (sending and receiving).

Please note:
You must raise an exchange request within 24 hours after delivery.
After 24 hours, exchange requests will not be accepted.
